Invo App ("we," "our," or "us") operates the InvoApp mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use InvoApp.
Information We Collect
Account Information When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use email-based verification codes to log you in — we do not collect or store passwords.
Business and Client Information You may enter business details (name, address, phone, email, logo) and client details (name, address, phone, email) to generate quotes and invoices. This information is stored locally on your device and transmitted to our servers only for the purpose of generating PDF documents.
Invoice and Quote Data Line items, pricing, tax rates, discounts, and other document content you enter is used solely to generate your PDF documents. This data is transmitted securely to our servers for PDF generation and is not retained after the document is created.
Subscription Information If you subscribe to InvoApp Pro, Apple processes your payment through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, bank account information, or Apple ID credentials. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
Authenticate your account via email verification
Generate quote and invoice PDF documents
Deliver PDFs to your email or share sheet
Verify your subscription status
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the App.
Data Storage and Security
Business and client information is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.
PDF generation requests are transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption) to our secure servers.
We do not maintain a database of your invoices, quotes, or client information on our servers.
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device and transmitted over encrypted connections.
Third-Party Services

Email Delivery: We use SMTP email services to send verification codes and PDF documents. Email addresses used for delivery are not stored beyond the immediate transaction.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We share data only as necessary to operate the App:
With our PDF generation server to create your documents
With email services to deliver verification codes and documents
With Apple to verify subscription status
Data Retention
Account email addresses are retained as long as your account is active.
PDF document data is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after generation.
Local data on your device persists until you delete the app or clear its data.
Your Rights
You may:
Access your data by viewing it within the App
Delete your local data by deleting the App from your device
Request account deletion by contacting us at the email below
Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
Children's Privacy
InvoApp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
