These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InvoApp mobile application ("App") operated by Invo App ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using InvoApp, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

InvoApp is a mobile invoicing and quoting tool designed for contractors, freelancers, and small business owners. You may use the App to create, manage, and send quotes and invoices for your business.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account

  • Use the App only for lawful business purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

  • Not use the App to send fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payment

InvoApp Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $1.99/month.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods — refund requests should be directed to Apple

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, and content, is owned by Invo App and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and business purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

InvoApp is a document generation tool. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or enforceability of any quotes, invoices, or other documents you create using the App. You are solely responsible for the content of your documents and compliance with applicable laws and tax regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invo App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
